Itsik Arbib

Chief of Field Operations and Project Manager 

Itsik Arbib is responsible for the daily field operations at all of our jobsites. Itsik’s tasks include scheduling laborers, creating take offs, inventory count, quality control & maintaining steady work pace on site. Itsik has a three years of Military experience at the Israeli Defense Forces- Combat Engineering Unit.

Eli "Gili" Arbib

CEO, Partner and General Contractor 

Eli Arbib specializes in the Commercial and Residential Real Estate Development, as well as Sustainable Building. Eli has developed over $100M worth of Real Estate in Southern California. What sets Eli apart from all other Contractors is that he lives his job; Eli’s clients enlighten his day by allowing him to build and design. He gives his honest input to his clients in order to maximize their necessities within their budget. Eli works one-on-one with his clients, making their building experience as easy as possible. All of Eli’s clients claim they have never met a Contractor that was so patient, caring and easy to work with. Eli is a licensed General Contractor in California.

Miriam "Mimi" Arbib

Business Administrator, Partner and Real Estate Agent

Mimi Arbib is the core behind this company. Responsible for all of the accounting, financial reporting and analysis for our real estate development projects, Mimi serves as our Business Administrator. Mimi is in charge of all Asset Management activities. Mimi is a licensed Real Estate agent specializing within the Los Angeles Area for over 15 years. Mimi manages a $10M portfolio and prioritizes tenant satisfaction.

Yosi Arbib

Chief of Operations and Project Manager

Yosi Arbib involves himself within every sector of the company. Yosi tasks are Asset management activities such as developing strategic plans for each property and assessing property financials. Managing maintenance for investment properties and conducting market research for potential investment properties. Creating and analyzing financial statements and budgets for specific projects. Meeting with subcontractors and prospective clients in order to create and negotiate contracts. Project manager activities include scheduling contractors, processing change orders and managing progress payments. Yosi has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, specializing in Finance with a cluster in Psychology from the Raphael Recanati International School at the IDC Herzylia, Israel.
